We are specialized in Dutch and German WWII collectables. All items on the site are before coming for sale on the site, first studied by our board of experts and are considered 100% original. We do not offer any copys unless stated otherwise!

All items come with a money back guarantee of 14 days in case there is anything wrong (with originality) that is not described in the auction.

Items may only be returned if they are in the same condition as sent by us. In this case the sending is for risc of the sender.

Dutchmilitaria is always looking for new items and we are happy to buy or even sell them on consignment for you.

Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have and mail us. Good and personal contacts are an important matter for us in our dealings with you.

Our general conditions are:

• All prices on the site are in euro’s.
• In case any errors are made with the prices we hold the right to change them correctly.
• Payments should be made within 7 days
• Postal costs are always “signed for” unless otherwise agreed. Items with a value of over 25 euro are always only sent signed for.
• After each buy using the sites shoppingcart each customer gets an automatic generated confirmation mail of the bought item(s), this is not an official invoice. Within short time (usually within a few hours) customers get an official invoice including postalcosts and all necessary payment information.
• Shipment and postage of items (no matter what postal method is used!) are always for risc of the buyer. Dutchmilitaria is not responsible for any damage by mail. We pack our packages proffesionally on our side.
• We have the right to offer an item again for sale, if a buyer does not pay in time.
• In case of a large buy it is possible to reserve an item by our “layaway” option. The buyer will make an agreement with Dutchmilitaria about how the payment should be made. We do ask for a 15% downpayment and expect after that (dependent on the amount of money involved) a number of monthly payments. If a buyer does not pay his monthly payments Dutchmilitaria holds the right to offer the items again for sale after keeping the 15% downpayment for made costs. All other payments will be sent back to the buyer.
• Layaway buys are only possible for sales of over 250 euro’s. Only in mutual by mail agreed cases are exeptions made. Please contact Dutchmilitaria with all questions you may have. We are always happy to help out!
